ZEN FUZE BANANA BREAD

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup oat flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • ¾ cup ZEN Fuze Vanilla Bliss protein powder
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup egg whites
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 packets of Stevia
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place bananas in a mixing bowl and mash until you have a thick, pudding-like consistency. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray or coconut oil, or use two small loaf pans. Evenly place batter in pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

ZEN FUZE PROTEIN BALLS

      (10 servings)
    • 1 scoop ZEN Fuze Chocolate Dream protein powder
    • ⅓ cup peanut butter
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 3 Tbsp. dry uncooked oatmeal (not instant oatmeal)
    • 3 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips or dried cranberries (optional)
    • 2–3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls about 1 inch in size. Let set in the fridge for about ½ hour. Store in airtight container in the fridge.

ZEN FUZE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS

    • ½ cup skim milk or almond milk
    • 1 cup low-fat peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 1 scoop ZEN Fuze Chocolate Dream protein powder
    • 2 cups dry uncooked oatmeal (not instant oatmeal)
    • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    • ¼ cup white yogurt chips

Directions Place the peanut butter, honey and milk in a saucepan and slowly warm over low heat. Add ZEN Fuze Chocolate Dream protein powder and cinnamon and stir until completely blended. Add the uncooked oats. Warm the mixture just enough so that it's easy to stir. You don't want to cook it. If the mixture is too thick, add milk. Spray a 10x12 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Press the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the yogurt chips on top and press them into batter. Leave out to cool. Once it’s completely cooled, cut into 12–16 individual bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap to be stored. The bars can be refrigerated but taste best at room temperature.

This holiday season, give the gift of healthy treats with the help of ZEN Fuze. Those on the receiving end of your gifts will thank you for your thoughtfulness and their slimmer waistlines!
